BLINK - JOHN CHAPMAN
Previously worked at a well known opticians for 23 years, John had an avid interest in optics. After leaving his job he decided to pursue his own prescription outlet providing reasonably priced spectacles. Redcar Development Trust helped him establish a name on Redcar High Street and due to his success he is now occupying the whole Inflexions premises. Without the Trust it would have been difficult for John to establish Blink and he personally thinks the scheme is a great idea for other new business start ups
